Bookings & Payments

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment. The balance amount (if any) must be cleared before the start of the tour. Prices are subject to change based on availability and seasonal variations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour are eligible for a 90% refund (after deducting transaction fees).

Cancellations made 15–29 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.

No refund will be issued for no-shows, delayed arrivals, or early departures.
In exceptional circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), we may reschedule or issue credit notes at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal details (name, contact, ID proofs) collected during booking are used solely for travel arrangements and are never shared with third parties, except where required by law or for service fulfillment (hotels, transport, etc.).

Liability Disclaimer

While we curate experiences with care, Kashi Vaibhav Tours is not liable for unforeseen delays, accidents, or events beyond our control. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and travel insurance.
